ALTO REED Saxophone, Guitar, Vocals


Native Detroiter, Alto Reed, is respectfully recognized as the man behind the sax in
Bob Seger's Silver Bullet Band, lending his signature solos to Seger classics such as Turn the Page, Horizontal Bop, Main Street and Old Time Rock & Roll. During the late '90s, Reed launched a solo career to compliment his work with the Silver Bullet Band.

STEVE DICKINSON Songwriter, Lead Vocals, Guitar


Prolific Ontario singer-songwriter, Steve Dickinson, is gifted with a powerful voice, crystal clear vocals, rock & roll roots and country type sensibility much like Bob Seger, John Mellancamp, Van Morrison and Travis Tritt. Steve has worked alongside industry greats like The Stampeders, Lawrence Gowan, Dean McTaggart, Bruce Guthro, and Jeff Healey. Long a fan favorite in Canada for his live performances, Dickinson is rapidly winning over a brand new audience on the strength of his own material, both solo and co-written. Steve’s distinctive, unmistakable sound is pronounced in “Tonight We Ride.”


BOBBY EAST Guitar

Gifted guitarist, Bobby East recently, brought home a double platinum record for his supporting work on Kid Rock’s Rock N Roll Jesus. Bobby also has been wowing audiences for years with his other Detroit based rock projects HemiGod and the Reefermen.

JEFF FOWLKES AKA SHAKEY Drums

Local drum hero, Jeff Fowlkes, has been a popular part of the Detroit music scene for many years, playing with Blues legend Johnny “Yard Dog” Jones and Robert Bradley’s Blackwater Surprise before joining up with Uncle Kracker for his “No Stranger to Shame” and Kid Rock’s double-platinum smash recording Rock N Roll Jesus. Fowlkes also contributed to a track on Slash’s eagerly anticipated upcoming solo debut.

ROGER NOONAN Bass

Since 1982, Detroiter Roger Noonan, has been laying the musical foundations for a wide spectrum of legendary local acts, including the Teen Angels, Jim Gold, Gallery and Freddy “Boom Boom” Cannon. Moving to the national stage, Noonan delivered the groove for “Queen of Soul” Aretha Franklin and Bob Seger’s Silver Bullet Band. He is also serving as Musical Director for the upcoming feature film Breakdown.


BERNIE PALO Keyboard

Lifelong Detroiter, Bernie Palo, is firmly established as the local “go-to” guy for all things Hammond.  He has been a veteran of numerous bands on the regional scene for more than 25 years, including favorites the Regular Boys and Filter Kings. Palo is currently playing keys for rising Nashville star and Detroit transplant David Shelby.


BARBARA PAYTON Vocals

A legendary Detroit vocalist with a glittering recording history, Barbara Payton performed with Bob Seger’s Silver Bullet Band on the recent Face the Promise record and tour. Her soaring voice can also be heard backing Kid Rock on the wildly popular single All Summer Long and the Rock N Roll Jesus tour. Her recently released solo recording Enjoy the View is a wonderful showcase for her soulful, blues-inspired vocals.



CHERYL LESCOM Vocals

Lescom has been influential in the Canadian music scene for many years.  She has performed with bands such as Jeff Healy, Matt Minglewood, Dutch Mason, the Downchild Blues Band, Long John Baldry, and many others. Lescom has also released two solo albums, her most recent in 2006 titled High Heeled Blues.  She completed the album tour and has been working as a member of the Detroit Women in R&B.
